Mari’s Story

From Caterpillar to Butterfly

it’s time to meet Mari (name changed). Mari was trapped in a life that didn’t feel authentic and a body that didn’t belong. Mari reached out for help and coaching through the deeply personal transformational journey she was embarking on.

Our first few sessions dealt with the reasons why she felt trapped and what was going on in her life at the time.

Mari had felt deeply misunderstood by her somewhat conservative family and had to force herself to live in a body that didn’t match who she felt she was on the inside after multiple failed relationships including 2 marriages and a child , she finally felt it was time to release the butterfly.

while the doctors protocol included direct therapy sessions Mari sought out coaching for more personal and interactive guidance and more intense support through this process.
